Thank you for shopping with us! Because every single item in our store is custom-printed to order, we operate a bit differently than traditional retail stores. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.

1. Sizing Issues (Our "Keep the Item" Exchange Credit)

We want you to love how your apparel fits. Because items are made specifically for you when you order, we do not accept physical returns or standard exchanges at our facility.

If you ordered the wrong size or color, we offer a hassle-free alternative:

·        What we do: Send an email to support@stronginfaithfitness.com within 14 days of delivery letting us know about the fit issue.

·        Your credit: We will issue you a personalized [50%] store credit discount code so you can re-order the correct size immediately.

·        Your item: You do not need to ship the original item back to us. You can keep it, gift it to a friend, or donate it to someone in need.

Note: We highly recommend checking the specific sizing chart listed on each product page before submitting your order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or is completely different from what you ordered, we will fix it at no cost to you.

·        Please email us at support@stronginfaithfitness.com within 14 days of receiving your package.

·        Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrectly printed item.

·        Once verified, we will arrange for a brand-new replacement to be printed and shipped to you immediately for free.

3. Shipping Exclusions

We currently only ship within the United States. We cannot resolve issues related to packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but missing from your property, so please ensure your shipping address is secure.

1. Print-on-Demand Production & Processing Times

All of our apparel products are custom-made to order using third-party print-on-demand (POD) fulfillment partners.

·        Processing vs. Shipping: Please note that production/processing time is entirely separate from shipping time.

·        Timelines: Estimated production times (typically 3-5 business days) are guidelines and estimates, not absolute guarantees. Production times may increase during peak holiday seasons or due to supply chain constraints.

2. Third-Party Fulfillment & Shipping Delays

Because we partner with third-party manufacturers and shipping carriers, our delivery logistics are handled externally.

·        Carrier Liability: Strong in Faith is not liable for delayed deliveries, lost packages, or items damaged in transit by third-party shipping carriers (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or local couriers).

·        Tracking: Once an item leaves our fulfillment partner's facility and a tracking number is provided, custody of the package transfers to the carrier and the buyer.

3. Product Variations & Sizing Accuracy

Our apparel items are printed individually using digital mockups for representation.

·        Graphic & Color Variations: Slight variations in graphic placement, alignment, vibrancy, and color may occur between the digital screen image and the physical printed garment. These variations are normal industry characteristics of direct-to-garment (DTG) printing and sublimation.

·        Sizing Responsibility: Sizing charts are provided on product pages and are approximate. It is the customer's responsibility to review sizing charts carefully before purchasing. Because garments are made-to-order, we cannot offer free replacements for incorrect sizes ordered.

4. Customer Address Accuracy & Reshipment Fees

To ensure your items arrive correctly, you must provide accurate shipping information.

·        Incomplete Addresses: If a package is returned to our fulfillment partner's warehouse due to an incorrect, insufficient, or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout, the customer is fully responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

·        Unclaimed Packages: Unclaimed packages that are returned to the facility will be held according to our fulfillment partner’s policy. Reshipment fees will apply to send the item a second time.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Because our store is fully automated with our print-on-demand suppliers, orders are sent directly into production shortly after purchase.

·        Time Windows: We cannot guarantee cancellations or order modifications (such as size, color, or shipping address changes) once an order is placed.

·        Contact: Please contact us immediately at support@stronginfaithfitness.com if an error was made, but be aware that if production has already begun, the order cannot be altered or canceled.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site—such as text, graphics, logos, custom t-shirt designs, button icons, images, and digital downloads—is the exclusive property of Strong in Faith or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of our designs or services without express written permission from us.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Strong in Faith, our directors, officers, employees, or third-party fulfillment partners be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, lost revenue, or minor skin/allergic reactions to garment fabrics or printing inks.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
